Appco winter free prize draw

Terms and conditions

1. This free prize draw is run by the British Red Cross Society, incorporated by Royal Charter 1908, a charity registered in England and Wales (220949), Scotland (SC037738), the Isle of Man (0752) and Jersey (430).

2. It is open to Brand Ambassadors fundraising on behalf of the British Red Cross, who are contracted to a marketing company that has fulfilled its budget.

3. To be eligible for the draw, the Brand Ambassador must not receive any complaints and no more than one unsatisfied after the opening date of Monday, 18th November 2024 and before the prize draw on Friday, 20th December 2024.

4. Eligible Brand Ambassadors will receive one free prize draw entry for each person they sign up to make a regular gift to the British Red Cross between Monday 18th November and Wednesday 18th December 2024 inclusive. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the draw.

5. If the person who signs-up cancels their gift before Friday, 20th December or the sign-up results in an unsatisfied verification or welcome call outcome before 20th December, the sign-up will not count as an entry in the prize draw,

6. Only one winning entry per Brand Ambassador is allowed. In the instance that a Brand Ambassador has two winning entries, the second entry will be discounted, and a new winner will be drawn.

7. The draw offers thirteen prizes of redeemable Lifestyle gift cards. These are of the following values: one gift card at a value of £200, four gift cards at a value of £100 and eight gift cards at a value of £25.

8. Prizes cannot be swapped, exchanged or refunded, and are not exchangeable for a cash prize.

9. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and the draw will take place on Friday, 20th December.

10. The winners will be notified through Appco UK within one working day and must confirm their acceptance of the prize within three weeks of being notified.

11. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm their acceptance of the prize, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. In case of dispute, the British Red Cross’ decision is final.

12. Appco UK will inform draw participants of the winners through internal communications. The British Red Cross may need to provide this information to a regulator if challenged, to demonstrate that a valid draw has taken place.

13. The British Red Cross is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent or delay the submission or receipt of entries, such as network or computer problems.

14. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the British Red Cross’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.

15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
