What to see at Stagshaw House gardens

Stagshaw House features a formal terraced garden with plenty of seating for visitors to relax and take in the stunning views of Tyne Valley. There are woodland walks to explore, full of rhododendrons and azaleas. While in the park you’ll discover a herd of alpaca.

The gardens also have tennis and croquet courts and during the afternoon visitors can enjoy live music with the chapel open for evensong at 4pm.

Your visit helps people in crisis

The Red Cross helps people in the UK and across the world get the support they need in an emergency. With Open Gardens, you'll be raising funds for this important work.
