Approximately four acres of garden surrounding a 15th-century listed farmhouse, the site at Brockholds dates from the 13th century, with the remains of the original moat still present.

Each year, the garden has over 1,500 tulips planted and features garden rooms with box, yew and beech hedges. You’ll also find over fifty varieties of old and English roses and over twenty varieties of peonies — all planted since 2017 — as well as a potager and cuttings garden.

In springtime, you can enjoy a walk through the small woodland, which contains an orchard planted in 2018 with spring bulbs, while in early autumn visitors can see dahlias and asters.
