Self-exclude form

If you feel you have a problem with gambling and would like to request that British Red Cross excludes you from taking part in our lottery and raffle activity, you can complete this online form or (if you would prefer) get in touch with our Supporter Care team by calling 0300 456 11 55, emailing supportercare@redcross.org.uk, or writing to FREEPOST RED CROSS, 44 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AL.

Please exclude me from all British Red Cross raffle and lottery activity with immediate effect. I understand that by ticking this box, the exclusion will remain in place for at least six months and uintil I call the British Red Cross Supporter Care team (0300 456 11 55) to tell you that I wish to begin receiving gambling related marketing materials again.

I understand that if I attempt to enter a British Red Cross raffle or lottery during the term of this exclusion and are identified by a member of staff, I will be refused entry and any stake will be returned to me.
