Launch of the Refugee Rent Deposit Scheme
The Refugee Rent Deposit Partnership is aimed at supporting refugees to have equal access to the UK private rented sector. The project aims to support at least 135 refugee households, primarily focusing on London, Manchester, and Nottinghamshire.
This programme is open to all households with refugee backgrounds, with just under one-third of the available resources specifically allocated for people displaced by the conflict in Ukraine. Beam Up Ltd (Beam) will oversee implementation, ensuring effective support for eligible applicants and sustainable housing solutions.
For enquiries about the Refugee Rent Deposit Partnership, please email referrals@beam.org or go to www.beam.org.
